Temporary Main Branch Closure

*July 11th Update* At this time, the Main Branch of the Nelson County Public Library will remain closed to the public due to significant water damage resulting from a broken pipe. Our team is working diligently to restore the building and ensure it is safe for public use once again. All meetings and programs, with the exception of a few off site events, being held at the Main Branch are cancelled until further notice. Information on program location changes/reschedules will be coming soon. Please follow our FB page, or check back here for updates.

In the interim, we are pleased to offer curbside services to meet the community's needs. These services will include:

  • Item check-out and return
  • Printing
  • Faxing
  • And more

Our staff is committed to providing continuous support and will assess the situation regularly to determine when we can safely reopen the library to the public.

For further updates and information, please visit our website at ncplky.org or visit us on Facebook.
