Learn a little local history on your lunch break with Bardstown historian & former mayor Dixie Hibbs. This December, join us for a special session on Victorian Crazy Quilts, featuring a display of what avid quilt restorer Dixie has called, "the most outstanding crazy quilt I've ever seen." The featured heirloom piece was crafted from 1896-1904 and features a variety of fabrics and detailed embroidery.

Our session will be held on Monday, December 9th, as follows:

11 am: 1890s Crazy Quilt Viewing and Q & A

12 pm: Presentation by Dixie Hibbs

1 pm: 1890s Crazy Quilt Viewing and Q & A

The program will be held in Main Branch Community Room #2 and is open to ages 18 and up. No registration is required. Coffee and light refreshments will be provided--feel free to bring lunch!
