Library Closing

The Nelson County Public Library in Bardstown will close at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 9, to allow staff to pay their respects and support the procession honoring Technical Sergeant Ashley Pruitt.

All morning programs including Chair Yoga, Strength & Stability, ESL classes, and Baby Story-Time have been canceled.

The library will reopen once the procession concludes.

Meet us on the lawn for Garden Yoga with Jennifer! We'll meet Fridays this September at 9 am on the NCPL Main Branch lawn for outdoor yoga sessions with Jennifer Hurst. Be sure to bring your own mat! Open to ages 18 and up. No registration required.
