Join us for biweekly yoga sessions with 200 hour certified yoga instructor Mark Curtsinger. Classes meet Tuesdays and Fridays from 9-10 am in NCPL Main Branch Community Room #2. All ability levels are welcome. Open to ages 18 and up.

Chair Yoga, a yoga experience for all levels, whether you choose to sit, stand, or take it to the floor, with power options, meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.

Move to a fun beat seated or standing with correct posture and strength with basic equipment at our weekly Strength and Stability classes, meeting on Thursdays at 11:30 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.

Daytime Book Club, led by Sandy LaFollette & Barbara Lammers, meets the 2nd Tuesday of each month at 1:3o pm in the Conference Room. The group discusses a wide range of titles, from thrillers to realistic fiction to memoirs.
