Join instructor Gail Hart every week for free English as a second language (ESL) classes for all levels, from beginner to intermediate. Sessions are held on Thursdays at 10 am in the Main Branch Conference Room. No registration required.
Chair Yoga, a yoga experience for all levels, whether you choose to sit, stand, or take it to the floor, with power options, meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.
Move to a fun beat seated or standing with correct posture and strength with basic equipment at our weekly Strength and Stability classes, meeting on Thursdays at 11:30 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.
Join us for a story time the whole family will enjoy! The stories and activities will be geared towards children ages 2-5, but younger & older siblings are welcome!
Veterans of all branches & eras are invited to a monthly meet up at NCPL featuring activities, education, & socializing over coffee & snacks in a laid-back atmosphere.
