Chair Yoga, a yoga experience for all levels, whether you choose to sit, stand, or take it to the floor, with power options, meets weekly on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 10:15 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.
Move to a fun beat seated or standing with correct posture and strength with basic equipment at our weekly Strength and Stability classes, meeting on Tuesdays and Thursdays at 11:30 am at the Main Branch. Equipment is provided.
Don’t miss this upbeat weekly yoga class, led by Taylor Duncan. Meet at 5:30 pm on Tuesdays in NCPL Main Branch Community Room #2. Open to ages 18 and up. No registration required. Be sure to bring a mat!
