Join us this May for a few extra yoga sessions with 200 hour certified yoga instructor Mark Curtsinger. Both sessions will be held in NCPL Main Branch Community Room #2. Open to ages 18 & up.
- Saturday, May 2nd, @ 10:30 am: Yoga Nidra
- Relax during a yogic sleep meditation.
- Thursday, May 21st, @ 5:30 pm: Evening Yoga
- Try a traditional hatha yoga session.
