Spring marks a time of rebirth and renewal, increasing warmth and the start of growth. Mark the transition with our Welcoming Spring Meditation, led by Mark Curtsinger, 200 hour certified yoga instructor, on Friday, March 20th, at 10:00 am in NCPL Main Branch Community Room #2. Dress comfortably. Open to ages 18 and up.
