This May at NCPL, decorate the best cupcake at our Spring Cupcake Battle! Open to ages 18 & up. Registration required. All materials will be provided. Prizes will be awarded to the top cupcakes! (Either way, you get to eat a cupcake, so isn't everyone a winner?)
