Mark your calendar for a day of fitness at NCPL! Stop in for one or a few classes, led by some of our many wonderful instructors! Take note of the day’s scheduled sessions:

  • 9 am: Zumba with Maylene (Room #2)
    • Break a sweat at this up-beat dance workout.
  • 10 am: Zumba Gold with Maylene (Room #2)
    • Try this low-impact dance fitness class designed for older adults, beginners, or anyone who prefers a gentler workout.
  • 11 am: Cardio Drumming with Dotty (Room #1)
    • Beat to the music with drumsticks while doing cardio fitness exercises.
  • 11 am: Yoga with Mark (Room #2)
    • Enjoy a hatha yoga class with stretching, posing, & meditation.
  • 12 pm: Full Body Fitness with Dotty (Room #1)
    • Try a fun workout featuring unique equipment--yard sticks, hula hoops, & parachutes!
  • 12 pm: Mobility Workshop with Mark (Room #2)
    • Explore how you can move your body to stay strong & mobile.
  • 1 pm: Line Dancing with Mel (Room #2)
    • Learn a new line dance!
