This June, we'll host our 3rd annual session of the Kentucky Humanities statewide literacy initiative, Kentucky Reads. Join us for a discussion of Scissors, Paper, Rock by Nelson County native Fenton Johnson, who will be present at this year's event, to be held on Thursday, June 27th, at 6:30 pm in Main Branch Community Room #1. Please visit the Main Branch prior to the session to pick up a copy of the book to read for the discussion, led by returning scholar Diane Calhoun-French. This program was funded in part by the Kentucky Humanities and the National Endowment for the Humanities.
