Lorie received her RYT 200 in 2017, and has taught over 200 classes since then.

Her flavor of yoga is a mixture of traditional, power yoga, Pilates, and Yen yoga.

Classes are open to all levels, and will be a 45-minute session of sweat, strength, & balance, followed by a cool-down to relax the body and mind.

Lorie wants to share her love of yoga with her community, and help people be their most healthy, and happy selves.
